I don’t believe in all-or-nothing health. I believe in balance, progress over perfection, and creating realistic ways of caring for ourselves that support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Every body is different. Learning to understand your own patterns, needs, and relationship with health is what creates lasting change — not punishment, restriction, or perfection.
