a Little bit about me..
During my university studies, I developed what I can only describe as a "mystery stomach issue." After nearly a year of appointments, medications, and searching for answers, I was encouraged by my nan to take a closer look at my diet.
The difference that changing my nutrition made was remarkable. Looking back, what surprised me most was how disconnected I had become from my own body. Despite studying Biomedical Science at university, I hadn't considered that what I was eating, alongside stress and lifestyle factors, could be influencing how I felt.
That experience sparked a growing interest in nutrition, behaviour change, and the connection between mind and body. I became fascinated by how our health can influence so many aspects of our lives—from our energy, mood, and confidence to how comfortable we feel in our own skin.
I also realised that knowing what we should do is very different from actually doing it. Like many people, I had experienced failed attempts at building habits and making lasting changes. Understanding why change feels difficult, and how to make it sustainable, became just as interesting to me as nutrition itself.
This journey ultimately led me to pursue accreditation in nutrition and health coaching. Today, my approach combines evidence-based behaviour change, nutrition, movement, and self-awareness to help people create sustainable improvements in their health and wellbeing.
I believe that health is about working with your body rather than against it. While modern medicine has an important place, I am passionate about helping people harness the power of nutrition, lifestyle, and daily habits to support their long-term health and wellbeing.
Anyway, that is enough about me..
